When a piano is in tune and properly regulated it is truly a joy to play. As a piano owner it is essential for you to commit to the regular upkeep necessary for your piano to play well, keep its value and last for years.

SERVICE & RATES

•	Piano Tuning $100 Tuning is done to the industry standard of A-440

•	Pitch Correction $50.00 + $100.00 = $150.00 There are many reasons for a piano to be out of tune - too long between tunings ( once per year minimum ), environmental extremes, moving, neglect. Pianos that are far out of tune ( half step sharp or flat ) require a pitch correction tuning. This is a two step process whereby the piano is safely brought back to standard pitch of A 440.

•	Piano Repair Work $50.00 per hour plus parts.

•	Broken Strings Replacing plain wire string $35.00 Replacing custom bass string $50.00- $65.00 Repairing broken string $35.00 - $65.00

•	Key Top Replacement Whites $160.00 Ebonies $295.00 We use top quality Vagias Ventures replacement keytops and ebony wood blacks (plastic blacks are available if requested)

•	Ivory Key Top Repair or Replacement $15.00 per piece. The ivory that we use has been removed, cleaned,and recycled from old pianos.

•	Hammer Reshaping Set $195.00 An important step on older or heavily used pianos to restore proper tone

•	Hammer Voicing $50.00 per hour Needle work to the piano's hammers to enhance the tone , evenness, power, and quality of the piano's sound.

•	Piano Regulation $50.00 per hour Adjustments to the piano action mechanism to restore optimal response.

•	Cleaning $50.00 per hour Vacuum interior, clean soundboard ,remove and clean action, and keyboard.

•	Piano Inspection; Verbal $50.00 Written Report $70.00 When buying a piano it is a small investment to have it completely inspected first. This can prevent costly mistakes.

•	Piano Sale If I find a buyer for a piano you are selling I charge a 5% commision.

•	Minimum Service Call $50.00 There will be a surcharge added for all appointments outside the Greater Burlington area & will depend on distance

•	Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

•	Dampp-Chaser Installation Upright system purchase & installation starting @ $500.00 & Grand system purchase & installation starting @ $600.00
