What shipping methods do you use ? All products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer by way of UPS ground shipping or FedEx ground.

Can we cancel an order? Since we attempt to ship orders as soon as possible,cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.
