All of our items are shipped direct from the manufacturer to you. This keeps the amount of time the item is in transit to a minimum.  Products are shipped UPS ground or FedEx within 5 to 10 business days with these exceptions: If an item is custom made or if an item is temporarily out of stock, it will take longer and you will be immediately notified. It is important that you inspect the box as soon as it is delivered - if there is any damage to the box DO NOT accept delivery.  Any damage from shipping must be taken care of by the customer. We are unable to handle claims to UPS or FedEx on the customer's behalf.

Only items which are defective or damaged can be returned.  With the exception of custom made items, BENCHES are returnable within 30 days as long as we are notified within two weeks of delivery if they are damaged or defective. We will issue a return authorization number. DO NOT send item back until an authorization number has been sent to you. Items must also be returned in all of their original packaging with care being taken not to further scratch or damage items when repackaging. Custom made items are not returnable unless defective or damaged in shipping. Restocking fees will be applied. There is no refund for shipping or handling charges in either direction.  Please note changes in the House of Troy piano lamp return policy.

Jansen piano benches in Hi-Polish finish are considered custom made unless the finish color is Ebony . All Satin finish benches in any finish color are not considered to be custom made and therefore may be returned for credit or exchange minus shipping and handling charges. A 10% restocking fee applies to all Jansen Benches.

Benchworld piano benches are also returnable if damaged or defective and subject to a 10% restocking fee and minus shipping and handling fees.

House of Troy  DUE TO CUSTOMER DAMAGED LAMPS BEING RETURNED TO HOUSE OF TROY THEY ARE NO LONGER TAKING RETURNS ON UNOPENED BOXES.  On a return, if the box is unopened and the lamp is resellable, there is a 30% restocking fee for House of Troy items.  Items defective or damaged in shipping will be exchanged or refunded minus s/h charges.

Cancellations: Since we attempt to ship orders as soon as possible, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email us at info@harrisonspianoservice.com to cancel an order.

Sales Tax: Sales to Nevada are subject to a 7.75%  sales tax and Sales to Vermont are subject to a 6% sales tax
